Blue Heron Office
The Blue Heron project involved the full interior build-out of a grey shell space into a Class A office environment for a high-end custom home builder. Scope of work included installation of all MEP systems, framing, drywall, custom millwork, glazing, flooring, lighting, and high-end interior finishes. The space was designed to reflect the client’s brand identity, with an emphasis on clean lines, modern aesthetics, and premium materials throughout.
