Chelsea Tower Penthouse Suites
The Chelsea Penthouse Suites renovation at The Cosmopolitan encompassed selective demolition and the installation of new finishes and FF&E to revitalize and modernize the top two floors of the luxury suites. Work included upgrades to wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, as well as the integration of custom furniture, lighting, and decorative elements. The project was executed in a fully operational hotel environment, requiring precise scheduling and coordination to minimize guest impact while delivering a refreshed, high-end aesthetic aligned with the property’s luxury brand standards.
