Chicken Guy

The Chicken Guy! project at Harrah’s Las Vegas involved the demolition of an existing food court space to create a new custom niche for the quick-serve restaurant. Scope of work included selective demolition, new framing, MEP infrastructure modifications, installation of kitchen equipment, finishes, and QSR-specific casework. The project required coordination with the resort’s operational teams to manage work within an active food court environment, ensuring minimal disruption to adjacent tenants and continuous public access.
