Salt and Straw

This project involved converting an existing retail store at Paris Las Vegas into a Salt & Straw ice cream shop facing Las Vegas Boulevard. The scope included demolishing the existing retail finishes and building out a food service space, with new plumbing for [hand sinks and dipping cabinets], electrical for [freezers and refrigerated display cases], and new [service counter, millwork, and finishes]. Work was coordinated with Caesars and the resort to keep the surrounding storefronts and pedestrian traffic on the Boulevard moving during construction.
